The Library and Information Services (LBIS) Library Services department supports the mission of Kenyon College by providing access to resources and assisting with the research needs of students and faculty.
Collections
LBIS librarians and staff develop, manage, and house Kenyon’s collection of print, audio-visual, and electronic materials; including books, DVDs, and databases. In addition to our main collection, we also maintain Kenyon’s unique and historical collections: the Kenyon College Archives, Digital Kenyon, and Special Collections.
The Access Services staff assists the Kenyon community with borrowing and lending of all circulating materials, including course reserves and Interlibrary Loan.
Research
LBIS assigns a librarian to each Kenyon academic department and concentration. The librarians are available to answer library and research questions for both students and faculty. Request research assistance by contacting the Reference Desk or via this webform.
